Please read the information below to understand the purchasing policies.
Once you place your order and our system confirms your payment, we will need up to 7 calendar days to separate and pack your parts. After this period, we will make your order available for shipment, according to your chosen shipping option. Therefore, consider the packaging time and the logistics time for receiving the parts. If you choose to pick up your purchase here at the atelier, wait for our contact by email to make the pick up (within 7 days), from that date, your pieces will be packed.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS (guided by the Consumer Defense Code)
Receipt with damage:
We are sorry! If you received a defective item, we apologize. We pack our parts very well, as our products are fragile, but accidents can happen in shipping logistics. Please contact us within 3 (three) business days from the date of receipt of your order by e-mailzoccolimariana@gmail.comso that we can arrange the exchange of your products. In order to evaluate what happened, due to the malfunction, we need you to send us photos of the product, exactly as you received it. In that case, we will arrange for a new shipment of your order, at no cost to you. If the product you purchased is no longer available, we will produce it as soon as possible to replace it. You will also be able to choose other products that are currently available for the amount of your previous purchase.
Withdrawal and Cancellation of Purchase:
After completing the purchase of parts in our online store, you can withdraw your purchase within 7 (seven) calendar days, counted from the date of receipt of your order and obtain a voucher for the value of the purchased parts. You can use your voucher by returning your pieces to the studio address. In case of exchange where there is no damage, we are not responsible for return shipping. The parts to be returned must be in the original packaging, in perfect condition and without any evidence of use.
If the purchase is canceled before the order is shipped, you can opt for a voucher for the value of the item or a full refund (according to the payment method chosen at the time of purchase).
Personalized and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned or exchanged upon receipt.
Exchanges:
If you made your purchase and for some reason did not like the pieces, please contact us by email.zoccolimariana@gmail.com.You will have 7 (seven) consecutive days, counted from the date of receipt of the parts, to exchange your product for other parts in stock. To make the exchange, the parts must be in the original packaging, in perfect condition and without any evidence of use.
